How the Event Works
Less about your 3km and more about having good old fashion fun and supporting a good cause. The colour run is an un-timed event in which hundreds of participants, are doused f rom head to toe in different colours along the way by our “Kara team”.
Who can participate
While our event is all about having fun, we also focus on promoting a healthy lifestyle. It is an event for all fitness levels, ages and backgrounds. Get your whole family, work crew, youth group and take the opportunity to let off some steam and have a great time together.
Giving Back
Air NZ Te Kara Run 2025 is hosted by Autism Cook Islands to raise funds for the educational and social development programmes for children with Autism. Check out our facebook page “Autism Cook Islands” to see what we’ve been up to and what’s coming up.
